Company uses Ticketmaster.com to fool people into purchasing their service. When I purchased tickets to the NCAA tournament in March the company used my credit card information and started charging me monthly for a service they claim I applied for when purchasing the tickets. They have been charging me $8/month for the use of the 'coupons' that can be printed online. I didn't sign up for this service&they basically uses misleading/false advertising and used my credit card information without my authorization. They advertise on Ticketmaster.com.
I called them and they won't reimburse me for the charges made. The will cancel the service, but I want to be reimbursed for the charges made over the past few months. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I don't want other people to be tricked into purchasing a service they don't want (as I was).
