I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster.com a month ago. Today I see a charge on my credit card from some company called "Entertainment Rewards". I personally purchased these tickets and I did not click on anything after my purchase. There was nothing when I purchased my tickets that my credit card information would be sent to a 3rd party. I am a web savy, computer literate, web master. I am not a "button pusher" and I am always careful when purchasing online. I trusted Ticketmaster.com and now I realize I should not have. I feel the $9 charge on my credit card is FRAUD in every sense of the word.
THIS IS AN UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE using my credit card. I bought my tickets a month ago and I NEVER recieved any type of email from Entertainment Rewards. I called the number on my credit card bill and I have been on hold for 30 minutes (so far). I refuse to pay these charges and if they will not cancel this service and refund my money, I will contact the BBB and take them to court. I am also going to contact Ticketmaster.com and let them know that I will hold them liable if they continue to provide my credit card info to any other 3rd parties without my consent.
