Ripoff, low interest high balance credit card

Company promised a low interest rate for a 10,000 credit card. Requesting only a 37.00 annual activation fee. I submitted a check in the total ammount. When I noticed the check cleared, and I did have not received the cary I became suspicious and began my investigation on the company and found your site.
