Credit Limit $10'000 platinum pre-approved 5% apr Interst Rate membership fee $37.00 I send a check for $37.00 and has been cleared my acct. But no credit card til now still waiting 4 it

I enclosed check with attached platinum card activation annual membership fee $37.00, and check has been cleared my acct. But no Platinum Credit Card till now, is this company really scam if it is can anybody help me get my money back. Is this company even exist coz there's no phone # or email add I want 2 call this company but no phone listed on their pre-approved letter. I need update info to this matter. Thanks,
