These people sent me a credit card which I feel for it as a potential opportunity to use as a balance transfer card. I had not requested this card that I recall. I became suspicisious when the card activator asked me if I had a checking account in good standing, not just a savings account. I also became suspicious when I saw the $99 annual fee, plus interest rate quoted in the following manner: None. No interest rate ever.
This is too good to be true. Also, the card offers eligibility for CCA catalog purchases. Also, there is a membercard activation fee of $200 that I saw toward the bottom of the page. I told them specifically that I did not want my card activated. I did not finish giving them my information as during our conversation I suddenly decided to look them up on the internet and saw several entries listed under scam.
