They sent a pre approved letter for a platinum card for $10,000.00 guarantee with a low interest rate of 5% with a annual membership fee of $37 by check with the attached Platinum Card Activatio Form by the deadline given of 8/27

I was sent a letter stating I was pre approved for a platinum credit card for $10,000.00 guarantee with a low interest rate of 5%. And an annual membership fee of $37 by check with the attached Platinum Card Activation Form by the deadline given of 8/27.

I sent the check for $37 and it cleared by bank within 3 days. I received no further information from them.
