Unable to get IPod I was promised for joining. I completed my agreement of purchasing 4 videos during the year but am unable to get my ipod I have called twice and have been unable to talk a a voice just a telephone message. I tried emailing twice with no responce. I sent a regular letter and was given a web site to obtain video. I have been trying for over a week and the web site is not available. I called today and cancelled my membership. This is the worse customer service I have ever received. I only joined to get the ipod for my grandson because many years ago I had trouble with Columbia and believe me I got burned twice by the same company so I suggest you buy your DVD's someplace else.
