All Culligan customers please check your invoices or bills! I was not told when my account had a credit on the balance. I continued to send in monthly payments when I did not need to. Oftentimes I had overpaid my bills and did not receive a bill following the overpayments.
If it was not for me keeping records, this company would have gotten away with refunding me my 607.00 when I closed my bottle water account. I had found out through a customer service rep named Martha that because I had a credit, I did not receive a bill.
If you are not aware, after you had completed your year of receiving their service you can then cancel your account if you are unsatisfied. When you turn in your equipment and your empty bottles, you receive additional credits for the empty bottles. If you pay your bills on time and owe no balance, once those empty bottles are turned in, you will be owed a refund.
