N.E. Atwatermorin LLC Tracy Atwater
They are in the business of collecting down payments, not construction

Tracy Atwater signed a contract to build a gagrage, took my down payment ($6750), and never did any work, and never returned the downpayment. The contract was signed on 2 Jan and it is now 23 May. The contract called for 30 days to start and 30 days after start to finish.

I belive that he never intended to do the work, just collect the down payment.
