Scott berg and his wife tracy berg claim to be private investors. They are nothing more that con-man in the phoenix, az valley-wide. From what i have researched in the maricopa az roc contractor's register
Scott berg and tracy berg have been ripping people off for quite sometime. Scott claimed to be a partner in a family owned business with his wife tracy and tracy's father where they buy foreclosure homes and fix them up and resell them. He is a complete liar.
He took a $2000.00 check from me on may 23, and signed a contract to repay me my $2000.00 back not only that but since then the contract reads that every two weeks he will own me $2000.00 more.
As a matter of public files you will find all his personal information in the court files readily available to sue him.
Scott and tracy berg also work under a company by the name of arizona south commercial, inc. Where they pretend to be in landscaping, tile and paver business. Scott talks the talk and walks the walk of a true conman. He goes to your house gives you a bid on work and then never shows up again. He needs to be stopped! Also reported to the arizona roc contractor registry asap (power in numbers)
Scott and tracy think they are good at ripping people off. But they have a lot to learn about who they might be ripping off. We will fight! And we will win!
Scott and tracy berg can run but they can't hide from the truth. What scott anthony and tracy berg fails to realize is that their is power in numbers, not to mention the power of the maricopa district attorney's office and the local media that are more than happy to prosecute and protect.
