Ripoff over charges, no customer service phone line

Takes for ever to get rid of them. They use charges that never came with the agreements. Asked them 5 times to disconnect my account and long distance but no they keep charging you SOBs They do everything thru internet, no customer service phone line or nothing, the SOBs got me good.
