We have had constant problems with sprint, we even complained to Better Bussiness after being hung up on 7 times in one night, treated rudly over a bill WE DID NOT OWN, and was refused any real service. It was supposidly fixed by a gentalman at the exsecutive branch. He supposedly fixed our bill and took care of all the problems we had? Again our account was changed again without any consent or without either my husband or I. I am fed up! NOW NEXTEL MERGED WITH THEM, I need a new phone company! Someone needs to stop them..
