Unfair Justice Ripoff

I've been with the company for about ten months. I enjoy working with the clients, but not my fellow Securitas workers.

Since I've been with this company I've had six workers disrespect me and the Branch manager or my supervisor would not talk this out with the other workers. I've been called B*'s and mutha f*'s, dumb, stupid, and to young to understand my job, It was not fair.

So recently I reported that another worker was being harassed and my branch manager told me the client was not complaining sol he did not care. So I told him I can't be a Post commander with no respect.

So he removed me of my post with no fair warning.

So I showed up to work that Monday and was told to leave because I no longer had my position. Just because he did not want to do his job in discipline so I went five dollars under my pay and got sent to a dirty post with late hours. And the office never wanted to discuss the matter they acted like nothing happened. This was unfair, they are wrong for not supporting me, When I've been nothing but my best.
