Ripoff I Ordered Reproductions of original paintings to be on Giclee Canvas. Work was very sloppy, blurry. Refused to refund money

I ordered Reproductions of 4 original oil paintings to be specifically Giclee (Zhee-Clay) on canvas. This is done by a special process. The owner assured me that that is what I would get.

This was not the case. They are blurry, and sloppy. One was not the correct size that I ordered. It was the same quality that I could have got from any print shop, such as kinkos.

I have repeatedly requested a refund and he refused. He should be reported as fraudulently passing his plain prints on canvas, as genuine Giclee Fine Art Reproduction, As the process is completely different.
