Hi I read another review similar to mine... I ordered a canvas print from youframe on 29/6 and have received nothing. They say to get in touch if not heard after 21 days. I have sent emails and got no reply and tried their contact phone number, supposedly open from 11am-4pm. No answer in 30 minutes of repeated efforts. My account on youframe website says payment received and under status says "received". I am gutted as on top of money paid out, this was a birthday present now 4 weeks late and looks like unlikely to turn up at all. Won't use them again!!!
