It gets worse, my replacement canvas did indeed arrive today. 2 days after I complained about the original issue. So I thought my original review may have been a tad harse.
Not at all. I have just opened my delivery hoping to find everything correct. To my annoyance the heart shaped montage is at least right this time with my images, but I uploaded around 550 pictures to be used and they have instead just taken 100 and printed it. Looks crap and because they are just random images from the huge amount I uploaded its totally no good as some of the images I definitely wanted are not on there.
I called them and they have told me they no longer print over 150 images on their canvas's and said that the website had been update... It hasn't. There are still images showing the heart canvas with up to 1000 images. I'm fuming and currently waiting for one of their managers to call me back! Never have I ever dealt with a company so inept!
