Several months ago, bills from Sprint starting coming to my home addressed to my Aunt. This I found to be most ironic since my Aunt died in 1997. Additionally, when she was alive, she never lived here, so I can't possibly imagine why she'd have long distance service for a home she never even lived in.
Absolutely infuriated, I called Sprint and spoke to a customer service agent, and then a supposed manager named Nathan Puente. The explanation I was given was utter BS! I was not even offered an apology.
This is utter unscrupulous, criminal conduct by a major American company. Its time for all common citizens to unite and stop taking this abuse from corporate thieves and the "elected" puppets that condone them...
