For the last 18 months, I have been paying over $250/mo ($3,000/year) for wireless service which Sprint has failed to provide. My home has NO service so Sprint sent me an Airwave (repeater) which boosts my cell coverage as long as I pay $100/mo for DSL at home.
I was stranded at Ontario International Airport because Sprint had 5 bars 3G indicated on my iPhone, however, there was no service for texts, phone calls, and any data service.
Sprint told me to call #UPDATE#, but 9 out of 10 times, I get an error message indicating Update Failure.
I'm fed up with Sprint.
