I got service thru Cellular One for my daughter because they had an unlimited minutes package and with her being a teenager I needed that. Right from the start we had problems with the phone and ended up having to change phones.
We ended up moving to another town within state and after moving realized that she didn't have service in our new town. When we called to get a number change and see why we didn't have service they stated that they didn't cover that area. I asked what I should do about her phone and was more or less told sorry about your bad luck.
That was back in October and it is now the end of March and I am still being billed for her phone and I have called and sent letters saying I want someone to call me and work out this problem because I am not paying for a phone that can't be used by no fault of my own. They refuse to work with me and add $80 to the bill every month for service fees when the phone is not even in use.
They have got to be the WORST cellular company I have ever dealt with!!! Their customer service is basically non existing and they always end my calls with I will have to have someone to call you back. Well guess what they never do. I have kept track of all of this with times and dates and I can't wait until they turn me over to a collection agency and I dispute this with all the documentation I have. I hope they choke on it!!!
