This company does not tell you about the 30 day free trial programs they automatically sign you up for without informing or asking you. Thus getting charged for a membership to something you've never even heard of. When you call to cancel, they say you need to fax or email a refund request form, then claiming a deadline.
When I got charged the third time for something I canceled long before, I called again saying I don't want anything to do with their company, and they said they don't recieve their faxes sometimes for a couple of weeks... Thus not allowing for the refund (since their is a "cancel time frame"). I have called the CEO, a number of customer service reps. I asked for a written confirmation saying that I will no longer be affiliated nor charged with their company nor any third party companies with them, and the CEO said "Your proof is your bank statement" That's a crock, as I don't get any promise of removal from the company. They are a Rip Off!
