Does not delivery merchandise ordered

It has been 21 days since I placed my order and I don't have my merchandise.

Also their website states that they offer free shipping for orders over $75.00 yet I was charged for shipping.

I have tried to contact Dynasty 7 times over a 3-week period. 3 times using their online form and 3 times using the e-mail listed on their website, I have never received a response.
