My parents both opened separate accounts with Worldcom Wireless and everythng sounded so great over the phone when customer service activated the phones. We had to wait 3 weeks to receive the phones, by the way, but when we tried to use them they didn't work. We couldn' see on the screen who called us, there were lines all over the screen, so we tried to call customer service and we were on hold for 45 minutes, and when I finnaly talked to somebody, they said that they couldn't do anything about it. Then they charged us for calls that we didn't make!!!
Every time we try to call customer service, we had to wait forever for somebody to answer the phone, they are so rude, they don't want to help at all, we are very upset, all we want is to get out of this contract and sign up with a real company, not a bunch of liars that take money from people. I hope somebody will help us get out of this mess.
