The At&t company has been playing my phone bill for quite sometime now. Since April of 1999, (probably before that) they keep changing my long distance carrier and it is without my request. They change the kind of service I have with them for long distance, or change to Mci or another long distance carrier.
I have tried to settle the problem with them for over a year now. And I keep getting the run around. Please if you know of any way to have them stop doing such things and who I can contact to get the money they have charged me that they owe me, please let me know.
