Our Verizon phone bill was charged 7.72 for a call to Israel we never made. Upon contacting Verizon, they said we had to call the company, USBI. Upon contacting USBI, the referred us to Navicom, but that company never answered the phone.
We contacted USBI again and they agreed to drop the charge but offered no explanation. Verizon said they could not put a block on the phone line to protect against this.
