Ripoff did not get services that cost me several e-mails and money

E-Bay auction: Won home theatre speaker system. Wanted insurance to cover the total should replacing them be necessary. As only $50 was offered on $500 speakers, I counter-e-mailed with the business owner several times to up the insurance to what we both finally agreed upon of $400 (which I offered to and gladly paid.) When package arrived, it was without any insurance markings at all, did not need signed for (which post office requires on all insured pkgs over value $51.00).

Even though package DID arrive safely, I did not get the service that was fought for and decided by both myself and the seller. I left a neutral feedback to justly give credit for the safe arrival of an UNINSURED (UNJUSTLY) package. What I got in return was "retaliatory" feedback of negative and was called a liar and was e-mailed several times by the seller to re-iterate the sellers name-calling and poor sales skills. So far no action against this pathetic company has brought any satisfying conclusion. I would strongly request anyone to read the feedback of all buyers of this company and individual on E-Bay, and to STAY AWAY from such an impotent, insensitive and unfeeling company!
