I bid on DVD box set and lost the auction. Nancobbler contacted me and offered the box set as a "second chance" purchase. I paid via pay-pal and immediately e-mailed nancobbler and asked her to let me know when the box set was shipped.
After a week with no contact and no shipment, I e-mailed seller. No response. Next day I again e-mailed seller. Again no response. On third e-mail, seller finally responded that she lost the order and would ship it right away.
After a week, I again followed up by e-mail. No response. Next day I e-mailed again. No response. Third and fourth days, same result — no response. On the fifth day, the seller's response was rude and said she would mail it when she had time.
That day, I filed complaint with pay-pal. Seller then sent e-mail that item had been lost in the mail.
Seller finally shipped item a two weeks after Pay-pal complaint. When I got the DVD box set, I left neutral feedback for Nancobbler, as the shipping was horrible, but the merchandise was as described.
Seller responded with really nasty e-mail, containing insults. She then left negative feedback for me, containing lies about the entire experience, including a lie that I had tried to back out of the transaction. (Duh, I paid her when she notified me of the second chance opportunity.)
