We received our phone bill and $184 of long distance charges appeared for phone calls made to Sweden. We never called Sweden. The number is the same that has appeared on other complaints, 046856313113. What do we do? They are ripping us off and yet our phone company is claiming that there is nothing they can do. We have to deal with USBI. We called them and they are very rude!!! They claim it was an authorized internet website—we do not have long distance on our phone line, so how is that possible? Please advise!
