This company has trial and sample offers all over the internet. Whether its a great product or not does not negate the fact that the company charged my credit card $89.95 for what I researched and I will admit signed up for and thought to be a "trial sample".
Needless to say they send you a full size jar of Nexiderm that you can "try" for a specified number of days (so they are telling me!) and then you send the jar back!
I called the company spoke to a customer service representative named Ivan and was told in so many word "Too Bad!" I should have read the fine print! When I asked to speak with management I was then told there was no one there that was going to help me or refund my credit card!
Where in the world does a conusumer go from here? Fine Print? In this high tech, fast paced world we live in who has time to read fine print, not to mention why can't the company just do what they said they would do and SEND A TRIAL SAMPLE! And companies wonder why we as consumers don't trust in them!
