I had an pre paid account with this company and have paid thousands of dollars into this company, over the last year I made a payment using the automated service like I have done many of times, only this time I was told my son's girlfriend told me that he said that he was unable to call because they had blocked my line, this was on Feb. 4 i called correctional billing and was told that a company NCO had blocked my line and I would have to contact them to make payment
I called and was told they had no record of my account, so from that point on I have been playing phone tag 4 to 5 times a day with each company each company is blaming the other and know one seems to know where my account is I was told my check did'nt clear, I contacted my bank and the check was never summited to the bank I was then told that I must have enter a wrong digit because my account showed an invalid account, someone is not telling the truth if they don't want my business that is fine with me just allow me to pay this bill so that it won't show up on my credit
It has been almost a month and i'm still getting the run around I was even told that all the accounts for that time frame was lost, but the supervisor denied it, someone had to put the restriction on my phone so where is my account, their over charge as it is and for them to do this to a good paying customer is crazy, RIP OFF!!!
