They did it to me too! I may have requested an info pack for $3.95 and then found out they've taken a total of almost $250 from my account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION!
I called them and received a "cancellation" number and assurance from the person on the phone that they would stop withdrawals. She also said she would have to send me a "refund request form" before I could get me money back. We shall see.
In the meanwhile, you might want to visit the Better Business Bureau site for Orange Co. Calif. Many similar complaints. The BBB gives them an "F".
BTW, my bank has so far been working to resolve this. They had an "affidavit of forgery" I filled out.
