I received a call from Premier Benefits/Call-One Unlimited for a free 7 day trial of their calling card. I was also to receive $200 in shopping certificates just for trying the offer.
I was told my free trial would not begin until the day I received my package. However, the first month's membership fee was deducted from my checking account 3 days BEFORE I even received the package. I did not discover this until I finally received the package.
I called and cancelled the day after I received the package. They told me the only way to get a refund was to fill out a refund request form. When I argued that I should never have been charged in the first place, they said I cancelled after the free trial had expired, even though I didn't receive my package by the time they said I should have received it.
