After receiving a collection call because Sprint PCS automatic bill pay screwed up again, I went on the web to find the customer care number, and found it on some site which described a customer service nightmare.in it the person describes the fact that they never sent him his rebate. I went other places looking for like situations and found many.
I realized that I never received my rebate either even though I had a previous transaction which demanded that I pay for a service I didn't need because of the rebate.
So, I went to the rebate number to track status and they had no status. It has been 5 months since I submitted my rebate card and still no rebate.
Evidently this is happening to a great many people nation wide and a opportunity minded law firm should strongly consider a class action lawsuit against sprint to recover damages for all of the people who were conned out of their rebates.
