I ordered 4 Dog No-Pull Harnesses in December. That is when my problems started. The company charged my credit card upon placing the order, 2 weeks went by and I did not receive my product. I emailed the company, (twice) another 2 weeks went by and finally I received a response. I was told that my order was going to be shipped soon, and because of some type of phone problems and other problems, they were going to refund me $16.00. I thought this sounded really fair, so I proceeded to tell them to send the order. I received the dog harnesses about 30 days after receiving the order. THEY WERE HORRIBLE! They looked like something my 4 year old made in school. They were made out of very hard cording (looked like something you would tie a boat up with) all tied together, to make a Harness. The cording would have chafed any dog, even with lots of hair.
So I sent them back according to their Guarantee within 30 days of receiving them.
After not hearing about my refund for 2 weeks, I emailed the company. No response. So I contacted Yahoo (They are Yahoo Store Merchants). Then about a day later I finally received a response from them, stating I did not follow the directions to get a refund, which stated a letter as to why you are returning the item, a self addressed envelope, and receipt. However, I did send all the above. I believe they are either so disorganized or dishonest, that it wouldn't have made a difference what I sent.
