Wireless Ripoff They set up my account wrong and wont fix the resulting billing erro

First off, I had been a happy Verizon customer for years before this happened, but no more.in August of 04 my wife got a second phone added to our account. She instructed the sales rep that we wanted to be on the family share plan so that we would have unlimited air-time with each other. The sales rep told us that it was all set up.in October we got a bill for $301.25 instead of the $97.?? We had seen before. Our account was set up on automatic withdraw so by the time we got the bill the money was already gone. When I called to find out what was going on I was told that my wifes phone was on the family share plan but that mine was not. I told them they had gotten an order in August to put us on the family share plan but that apparently didn't make any difference. After manny phone calls, e-mails, and a loud and vocal visit to a store I got half of the overage charges credited to my account but even the company president refused to credit the other half.

In conclusion, Stay away from Verizon.
