Jan Reinhart of Tiny Darlings accepted $1000 from me at the end of October as payment in full for a female Yorkshire Terrier puppy. The puppy was due to be delivered December 19, with free shipping.
I was told in December that the puppy was sick. I was told again just before New Year's that the puppy needed another round of antibiotics. It is now past the middle of January, and Tiny Darlings has still not shipped me a puppy, nor has it refunded my money.
Yesterday there were 15 complaints against this company on the Better Business Bureau of Mississippi website. All 15 have been filed and resolved since June of 04. That number increased to 19 today. I do not know how many are pending like my own and do not yet appear on the website.
