Charged for phone card use after account closed 6 months prior. Called and requested service be terminated due to move and cell phones. Balance = -0- when account closed. 6 months later received bill for phone card usage. Customer Service investigated calls. Receivers of calls did not know me or family. Phone card should have been cancelled when I cancelled service. Never received bill after cancellarion of service until phone card charges occurred. Customer Service would not remove charges from my name. Called vice president who argued that I should have requested cancellation of my phone card as well as service because they need seperate cancellation requests though the card came with the account. Agreed to split the charges and canel my phone card for me at that time (6mos after my initial call to close the account). This is my experience now you decide...
