Order Cancelled and Fully Refunded Within One Week

I placed an order with pricerock.com and immediately changed my mind, wanting to cancel the order. I emailed customer service and received a response on a Sunday (the order was placed around midnight Sunday). The entire matter, including my full refund to my credit card, was resolved within the business week.
