I placed an order by phone, automation call, tried speaking with someone after the call became very confusing and bombarded with other offers, I called for the advistised items of three bras 6 free bras. I immediately tried to cancelling at 800-206-0939. Being that it was Sunday it was closed, I could not cancel by phone so I emailed that I wanted to cancel this order. I called on Monday to cancel and found out that I was charged 109.75 and that the order already went out and I could not cancel this order. I am not happy that I am being forced to accept and over charged on a product that I do not want. I called customer service four times and talked to 4 different floor supervisors and the last supervisor Allen told me to call back tomorrow and he will check to see if he can
get the order cancelled. I would like this matter resolved immediately.
