Never recieved my item

On 12-10-09, I made a online purchace using my paypal account at pricerock.com. I purchaced a 10K 4.0 mm, figaro chain, a red flag came up when I did not get a tracking number, so I called the company at the number posted on the site and got no answer, after calling and calling I decided to leave an email, which never got answered either. I was furious and contacted paypal and put in a claim, about two weeks later I called the company again and got an answer from a gentleman who spoke with an accent and I hardly understood him, anyways he told me my item was shipped and I would recieve it in two days, well I never did, so I called the company back and got no answer for another week, I finally got an answer from the same guy with the same accent and he tells me my order was on backorder. How can my order go from being shipped to being on back order, and he had a hard time giving me an answer. I told him I wanted my money back in my account and he agreed to do so by the end of the day, well he never did, until two days later. I did get my money back, but this guy needs to be put out of business, and my heart goes out to all the others who have a problem with this guy, don't give up and do not, I repeat do not let him keep your money.
