I won one item on an auction and bought an item on BUY NOW option on Ebay. Seller was Pricerock. Both items were Christmas gifts. Made payment via US Postal order. Was notified by Pricerock that payment was recieved and items were shipped. Recieved items and was upset that the pics and descriptions were deceeving. Notified seller that I was returning both items for a full refund.
Items were returned via US Postal Service on 12/30/05. Seller has yet to refund $123.90. Several attempts were made to email and phone seller but no emails have been returned and you can't leave a message with Pricerock's voice mail, mailbox is always full. So that leaves me with wanting my full refund.
