Generic drug CARBAMAZEPINE 200 MG. Was charged $92.04. The same generic drug was priced at $ 4.00 @ Walmart. Called Walgreens twice talked to the manager but was told that was the price and cant be

I bought a prescription for my wife @ Walgreens on June 6. They charged me for the generic prescription drug CARBAMAZEPINE 200 mg. 60 capsules the price of $ 92.04.

I checked online and found out that the same drug is selling for $ 4.00 @ WALMART.

I called the Manager of Walgreens and told him about this problem and the price difference. He checked with the pharmacy and said he can't do anything about it. Even though we were regular customers of his pharmacy and his store he did not care about doing things right.

I told him that I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I can understand a little profit 10-20 dollars but charging $ 88.00 more than others should definitely be classified as a RIP OFF Company store.
