I requested information, twice, regarding obtaining a receipt for an item I purchased at Walmart, which, is still under the manufacturer's warranty. The repair company needs a printed receipt.
After two automated replies directing me to extended warranty information, I replied that if a human reads the third query they can be informed I will contact the BBB, regarding, Walmart's inability to assist with their products' limited warranties.
The reply I received was a human (I suspect) snidely telling me I should keep my receipts and that they couldn't see the item I refer to.interesting, because I can go into my Order History on the Order Number I provided them and see the purchase.
So, done with Walmart and if you don't buy an extended warranty from them, they don't want to know who you are.
