Placed an order for a gift. Never got the Shipment.
Called again. Spent 40 Min talking to customer representative and her manager to try to negotiate the same deal as I got the first time. Still didn't do me any favor. After really getting upset offered extra 5% off to compensate for inconvenience.
The shipment wasn't going to be processed for another 5 days and she offered 5-7 business day shipping after I explained this is a b-day gift and I need 2-3 day shipping; otherwise it will not arrive on time. Was I talking to a wall? Really? I am a valued customer since 2010 and mostly shop at Macy's..
I don't deserve this kind of treatment. I was refused to be connected to a manager.
