I purchased a Simmons beautyrest in Macy's had to come out and replace my original mattress with another due to sinking. Then about 18 months later the 2nd one had to be replaced because the side walls broke in the mattress. Now I have a third mattress that is sinking, as well, at the top and center of the mattress. However, the way that Macy's measures... The mattress is not sinking enough in the right places. I was offered a No Fault Return and now I have been told that I cannot do that. I have called Simmons and they refuse to get involved because Macy's handles their own claims. This is NOT the Macy's I remember. The Macy's I remember was all about making the customer happy. I am ready to put this mattress on the side of the road in a high traffic area and paint on it DO NOT SHOP AT MACY'S and DO NOT BUY SIMMONS!!!
