I spent $1,500 in Macy's bedding. There was a small error on the bill so I called customer service to assist me. I have been on the phone with more than 5 sales reps for the last 56 minutes now and have yet to reach someone who can help me. Why cant a macy's representative see orders that have been purchased on line? What decade are we in now and why is Macy's so behind the times? I have lost my patience and will be returning all of items. Macy's... Your customer service is the WORST! I'm taking my money and shopping elsewhere in the future. Good luck Macy's customers!:-)
