Simmons Beautyrest review - MATTRESS

I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest from Macy's back in 2006. Less than a year later, Macy's came out to replace the mattress because it was sinking. About 18 months went by and they were out to replace the 2nd mattress. Now I have a third mattress that is sinking as well, but the Simmons standards and the way Macy's measures they are not going to replace it because it is only sinking at the head and not across the body of the bed. I have called Simmons and Macy's, both have refused to get involved in making the customer happy. Macy's offered me a no fault return and now they are telling me that thye cannot do that. I will have to pay $70.00 plus 10% forthem to take back this horrible bed and get another one. I am ready to put it in a high traffic area and paint DONT SHOP AT MACY'S and DONT BUY SIMMONS on the mattress. Leave it for all to see the results of POOR customer service.
