Evening Nov. 19th 2012 went to Safeway to purchase turkey for Thanksgiving. 18 lb.
Turkey priced at $38.00 dollars but was $18.00 and change with club card on tag. At register the turkey came to $38.00 and change. Safeway management told me that you have to
spend $35.00 before you can get the discounted price per pound. Didn't buy turkey and the
next day went into Shoppers Food and got the same turkey for the discounted price of $18.00 and some change. Never before had a store do this. So disappointed in new store.
