I too have been a victim of Target's poor customer service as far as rude employees and unfair return policies. I have solved that problem - I never shop there, ever! They do not carry anything in their stores that you cannot get elsewhere and usually at a lower price. Speak to them where it counts - in their bottom line and profit. No customers speak volumes.
