I will rate your service as negative 0. My God, what is this service, I received a parcel yeterday 22 Sept. 2013 with 2 AWB but different shipper company. And mind you the first AWB I already received last August 14. Who's mistake is this? Mistake of the Shipper is impossible because of different shipper company and different place. I called customer service, Blaming the shipper how come? Why they cannot check the delivery guy? What can you call for this service...
