I will rate your service as negative 0. My God, what is this service? I received a parcel yesterday, 22 Sept. 2013, with 2 AWB but a different shipper company. And mind you, the first AWB I already received last August 14. Whose mistake is this? A mistake of the shipper is impossible because of the different shipper company and different place.
I called customer service. Blaming the shipper, how come? Why can they not check the delivery guy? What can you call this service...
