Ups cust service, in my opinion is not very good. My package that was weighed in at 74 lbs, was shipped from another state scanned in and scanned as unloaded at their terminal near my house, it suddenly disappeared, when reported with a claim, cust ser sent email have to wait up to 8 business days for investigation. Then they deal only with the shipper, not me, but i paid both of them. So they refund money back to shipper, then get a new order to ship or refund, up to shipper. So i feel helpless, cant buy from somewhere else, cant get my money back, cant do nothing til ups decides to end its investigation, or finds my package. May take weeks to resolve. Look on google, ups complaints, i see im not alone. Im sure the majority ships thru, but if you have a problem oh boy!
